Lisa Conover

Lisa has been with our firm for 27 years, starting as a receptionist before moving into the commissions department, where she excelled at managing commission processes. Over the years, she also supported the New Accounts and Customer Service teams, gaining broad experience across multiple operational areas. Lisa holds her FINRA Series 99 license through LPL Financial, highlighting her expertise in operations and compliance.

In 2020, Lisa played an integral role in transitioning the firm’s commission system, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation. Her experience and adaptability have been key in supporting operational changes over the years.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her two kids. She loves reading, listening to music, and heading to the beach—one of her favorite summer activities.
